JGBC is seeking membership from everyone involved in building activities, such as:

• Building owners
• Real estate companies　
• Banks/Financial companies
• Government agencies and related agencies
• Utility companies
• Research institutions
• Media
• Other companies (manufacturers, etc.)
• Construction companies
• Design firms
• Individuals (incl. students)

etc.

• Members can distinguish their companies and create positive public image as environmentally-friendly companies.
• A free subscription to the Green Building News Letter.
• Participation in the annual assemblies.
• Access to green buildng information and resources.
• Participation in stury tours organized by JGBC.
• Participation in seminars organized by JGBC.

Membership Fees

Corporate members

• > 100 employees: Initial fee 60,000 yen + Annual fee 100,000 yen
• < 100 employees: Initial fee 60,000 yen + Annual fee 80,000 yen
• < 10 employees: Initial fee 60,000 yen + Annual fee 60,000 yen

Special members (government agencies, research institutions and media)

• Initial fee 30,000 yen + Annual fee 30,000 yen

Individual members

• Initial fee 5,000 yen + Annual fee 5,000 yen

Student members

• No initial fee + Annual fee 3,000 yen
